Parker Schnieders was a key infielder for the Jefferson City Post 5 American Legion Senior (19U) baseball team from 2017 to 2019. Parker contributed to two Missouri state championships (2017 and 2018) and multiple tournament wins, including the 2019 Fike Wood Bat Invitational.
