Practices are at Eureka High School during the week.

Legion baseball gives every player the opportunity to play. League play during the week, in-town and out-of-town tournaments and “showcase” tournaments on the weekend, our schedule is designed to increase baseball skills at all levels and play the best competition we can find.  Our schedule provides great exposure for all our players to the college coaches , without spending thousands of dollars.

Off season workouts - Post 177 has off season workouts for hitting and pitching.  The workouts begin in November and run until February.

College Recruiting Support – Eureka Post 177 has a partnered with Field Level recruiting service.  There are many opportunities to play baseball in college, and we will help you find options to consider.

American Legion offers annual scholarships.  Each year Legion awards a total of $51,000... $1,000 for a player selected from each department based upon leadership, character and financial need.  Gatorade funds a $10,000 in scholarships for the Legion Baseball Player of the Year.

Player fees -  If your son makes the team at our Summer/Fall tryout, a $200 non-refundable deposit is due by September 1st to secure your position in our program.   If the deposit is not received by the deadline, your spot will not be guaranteed, and you may have to tryout again at our Spring tryout.  The remaining balance will be due at our parent / player meeting held in May.
